- A Marc, the menswear consultant was very helpful with MH finding the right tux for him. They weren't pushy and held the tux until a big sale, so we could get a discount. For our registry we got coupons that helped us buy the GM ties as their gift.

- A+: After my sister had issues with a national chain for her wedding, we decided to book tuxes with a local company. They were great. One GM wasn't able to get to one of their locations to be fit, so he called in his measurements and even his was perfect. Everything fit correctly and looked sharp. Brian and my dad are both a bit hard to fit, and they took care of them no problem. Returns were also really smooth.

- B+: The tuxes looked great, although we did have 2 minor issues. One tux was sent to the wrong shop (Boston rather than Quincy). It was worked out. Also, they gave the father of the groom the wrong type of tie (straight tie instead of bow tie). This would have been fine, but they gave my father the correct tie. No one realized it until the day of the wedding. It still is bugging me...yes, I know it's minor and most people didn't notice, but it bothers me.
- A-: The tux's were all in on time although my FI's shirt and pants were too long and the tie had a stain on it. They corrected the issue immediately. They were a bit expensive but we got the really light wool, so that the guys wouldn't be sweating to death, which cost a bit more. Overall a great experience.
- F: I'm sure that the service with tuxedos is lacking in a lot of places due to the lack of repeat business. I could not have been less pleased with the tuxedo situation. Every single guy's tux had an issue at the store in Woburn. The vests and ties were stained, the pieces did not fit. This was the last thing that anyone wanted to deal with having to return to the tux place multiple times before the wedding. The customer service was terrible and the staffing was ridiculous. There were at least 25 people in the store when we arrived to pick up the suits, yet they refuse to let you make an appointment for pick up. We had groomsmen wait for hours for their tux, only to have to return the next day for problems.

- We bought his tux for $60. Renting at Mr. Tux was $99. A total no-brainer for us.

- A: Everyone complimented us on the khaki tuxedos. They were expensive ($190 per suit), but we subsidized the groomsmen and they looked so handsome at the wedding. Everyone’s suit seemed to fit properly, and they even provided brown shoes to go with the khaki color.
- A+: This shop is great, they have great quality tuxes and have all their inventory on site so there is never any fear of having the wrong color, size, etc. The customer service was excellent and the chocolate brown tuxes looked awesome!

- A+: No problems at all, thank goodness. I was worried about this one! Everyone looked amazing (especially my husband!) and everything was correct and on time.
- (Framingham, MA) B-: Almost everything was great with them. All the boys got all the right sizes except for my groom (go figure). We went to try his on Wednesday night and his vest and jacket were too big and his tie was dirty. They had already ordered a new tie before we got there but the vest and jacket needed to be switched. He went back there on Friday to pick up the new ones and Sat about two hours before the wedding he got a phone call that due to a communication issue they never actually SWAPPED them. So he still had the vest and jacket that were too big and by this point it was too late. I didn't notice and I doubt anyone else did either but it's too bad that the communication between employees wasn't that good when we needed it to be. They were very apologetic though.
- A: No issues with tuxes, yahoo (I was nervous about this one)! The GMs looked great and so did my DH and Dad :-)Everyone got measured at a store near them (we had GMs from all over the US) and pick ups and drop offs went smoothly.
- 10: We had no problems with the tuxes (an amazing feat in and of itself!). We selected the tuxes in one store, and the guys had their measurements taken all over the country. The tuxes were in much earlier than I expected (over a week before the event!), so the local guys could pick them up at their convenience and the traveling guys could get them soon after they arrived. No one had any problems with their tuxes, and we got the groom?s tux for free!
- A: They did a great job! Even had my Dad's tux ready for him and he got measured in Florida.
- (West Hartford, CT) Our salesperson, Jose, was great. The suit was on sale for $199 and the alterations were very reasonably priced. We had a minor alterations 'snaffu' but they fixed it in less than a week and at no charge to us.
- B: Everything was great when my husband picked out the tuxes in Framingham and went back for his fitting, however, when he went to pick it up, there was a problem. They originally told him they made all their customers try on the tuxes before leaving the store, however they told him he didn?t need to try it on when he went to pick it up. He insisted and it was good he did because the vest didn?t fit. They told him to come back on Friday (two days before the wedding). Luckily it was in. My brother was not so lucky. He didn?t try on his before leaving the store (in New Haven) and his vest didn?t fit. He was able to keep it on for pictures, since his jacket covered the areas that didn't fit, but he had to take it off for the reception.
- (Boylston St., Boston, MA) A-: The staff there was very nice when Matt and I went in to pick out the tuxes. The main reason for going with Men's Warehouse was the convenience factor. It was super easy for our GMs to get fitted, and the staff arranged for them to pick up their tuxes at their home store earlier on Tuesday and then if anything was wrong it could be shipped up to the Boston store by Thursday. Matt says that the quality of the tuxes were ok (e.g., there were some loose strings), but all in all I think the guys looked good. As far as I know, everyone's order was correct.

- D: *Mr. Tux* Only reason they pass is we had full tuxes the day of. Best man: they didn't tell him when he ordered our vest pattern did not come in his size. So 3 days before the wedding he is stuck with a solid satin vest. Our 3 in PA had the wrong tie so I went and bought new ones to solve that problem. BM/FOG however was stuck with the wrong vest and I could not try to change it here in PA to make them all match since no one at after hours/ mr tux told us this was a problem.
- (Burlington, MA) B: *Mr. Tux* I feel like Mr. Tux is notorious for having at least one tux in a bridal party that needs to be "fixed" - and we were no exception. One groomsman's sleeves were a FOOT too long and needed to be shortened. My husband found this out on the Thursday before the wedding, and Mr. Tux told them to come back Friday at 2:00. When they got there at 2 on Friday, the tux wasn't ready so my husband had to go back there the morning of our wedding to pick it up. Otherwise, they were fine.
- D: *Mr. Tux* DH and I've gone through Mr. Tux many times for proms and other weddings, this time was awful. the weekend of the wedding they began merging with men's wearhouse, almost everyone's Tuxes were screwed up. The best man got different pants (everyone had a pin stripe and his were plain) and he got a different colored vest. 1 groomsman’s pants were so big he needed suspenders and 2 other groomsmen didn't have pants until about Noon the day OF the wedding. The only reason Mr. Tux did not receive an F from me was because I received a phone call from a manager apologizing for the mix up and she is writing letters of apology to all involved in the wedding along with a full refund, even to those who didn't have problems with their tuxes are getting refunds. i guess all weddings that weekend had tux problems through them and 1 bride even punched a store manager..YIKES.
- *Mr. Tux* This is one vendor that we had problems with. My husband's tux was way too big. They had to hem the pants and get a new jacket. He went back a little while later and it still didn't fit him. So he had to stay there till it was done right. The ring bearers pants were the wrong size also. They had to fed ex his pants the morning of the wedding. We had one groomsmen who's pants were to big (again had to fed ex them), another with two different size shoes and our best man had the wrong shirt. They had to bring that to him the day of the wedding!!! It was bad customer service as well. They told the GM who pants were to big that he should wear suspenders ( ummm. no) They told the ring bearer's mother that no one would be looking at him anyways they would be looking at us! I couldn't believe it!!
- A: *Mr.Tux* DH took care of this part, but from what I know everything went smoothly and there were no issues ordering and receiving the tuxes.
- C: *Mr. Tux* All the guys got their tuxes at Mr. Tux on South Willow St. The people at the mall location and South Willow St. were good. They did tell my dad that his tux would probably be in Monday (the wedding was Friday), but it wasn't in until Thursday. They were a little rude when he called them multiple times Thursday wondering if the tux was in. Also, my husband's jacket was a little too big when he picked it up Thursday. They said they would get him another one and call when it was in. He had his phone on until 3:00 on Friday (the wedding was at 4:30 on Friday) and they never called. When they went to return the tuxes on Saturday we found out that the jacket was in, but no one ever called him.
- (Manchester Mall) A: *Mr. Tux* The guys got their tuxes through them. Their customer service was good. Jim did say that he didn't think his tux fit him well, but I couldn't tell.
- B: Most of the tuxes were fine, but one of them had a busted tie clip, which wasn't noticed before they left the store. We were able to rig something to fix it so it was fine in the end. Overall, they looked great and the service was okay.
- A: Everything went fine with them but I have 2 gripes. When it was Mr Tux, the groom and the BM got their tuxes for free. Not anymore. The groom still does and the rest of the WP gets $20 off, which is good but we rented 8 tuxes and 4 suits. I don't think a free tux for the BM would be too much to ask for. Gripe #2, the day after the wedding, DH and I were in the airport in Miami, and MW Tux called. They said his brother, the BM, hadn't paid for one of his son's suits. We *kindly* explained that we were on our honeymoon, that they could call his brother, and that's it's really not any of our faults that one of their employees allowed him to leave the store without paying for everything. I know they need to get paid but it was very annoying to get that phone call on our honeymoon.

- A+: The guys looked fantastic, and no one had any problems. The tuxes were very clean, and in great shape, and all the measurements were exact. I knew if something was going to go wrong, it would have been there, but nope! They gave the guys until Monday at 6pm to return them, so there was plenty of time and no running around for anyone.
- A+: How did I find this place? Driving to Weight Watchers, I tell ya! I'm all about bargains (see invitations) and as I'm driving, I see a sign that says, "200 dollars off your limo for your wedding!" in big neon letters. So I went to fat camp, and then on the way back, I investigated. Sure enough, if we got enough tuxes (7), we would get a 200 dollar voucher for a limo company. I had a stupidly big wedding party, so I was anticipating that transportation was going to be twice the national debt, which I was trying to avoid. We got 11 tuxes, so my husband's was freeeeeeee! (Let's be honest, if they had said, "Yeah, we're going to go ahead and ask you to book 25 tuxes to get the discount," I would have made it happen!) Very exciting.

- A-: I met the people from Slade's at a bridal fair and spoke with them about how many tuxes we needed, etc. The man there told me that we could get the groomsmen/father's tuxes for $99 and get the groom's for free. We made an appointment right them to go in and get the guys measured. The day we got there, we were told that since we were only getting 4 tuxes, we didn't qualify for the package they told us about. I was really aggravated because at the bridal fair I was very clear about how many tuxes we needed, and was still told we could get the package. The guy worked with us and allowed us to get all of the tuxes for the $99, the groom's just wasn't free. After that, all of our dealings with them were great. The tuxes all fit fine, and we had no problems.
