The driver arrived on time and the bus was old and dirty; a seat was torn, the floor was dusty and there were pine tree air fresheners crammed into every orifice of the ventilation system. At the end of the night, a guest of ours threw up into a metal bowl in the limo, and the driver said he was going to charge us $300 in cleaning fees. I refused and the company later agreed not to charge us anything in cleanup given the condition of the limo

- A: We were very happy with our limo. We got a Lincoln Navigator limo and it was nice. The driver was very nice and helped me get into and out of the limo. The driver was able to back the limo up my mother's VERY steep and icy driveway, which I was concerned about.

- B: I had wanted a trolley for the transportation to keep everyone together in one vehicle. It was wonderful to be in the same vehicle. My biggest complaint was that there was no air conditioning. I had repeatedly asked before we booked the trolley whether or not the trolley was air conditioned. The next major issue is that the floor of the trolley was FILTHY! I stepped on the trolley from my house and I had a major grass stain on my dress before I even made it to the church.

- The drivers and the limos were PERFECT! However, dealing with the woman that books it all (Eleanor) was a nightmare. If you can suck it up through that then you are good to go. Her customer service is horrible and we had looked into changing after some of the calls but kept hearing great things about the service from the drivers. They were absolutely wonderful and did nothing but pamper me from the time they arrived by holding my dress, helping me out, etc.

- b>C-: We used the Charger Limo to get to the wedding, which was amazing, and a sedan for afterwards. First bad experience, about a month and a half before the wedding, I realized the pickup time for the sedan was wrong. It needed to be an hour earlier. I called, and the woman said I needed to email the info to her. I did. Then about a month later, I realized she had never gotten back to me to let me know if the change was ok and if it was even possible. I emailed her to let her know I was not happy and she ended up calling and apologizing and she said she has never received the email. Then, on the way to the ceremony, all the girls had put their stuff, bags, flowers, whatever, on the little surface in the limo that has all the cup holders and stuff. The flower girls basket was placed in the compartment for a champagne bottle. When they went to get out, we realized the compartment had been full of water, for reasons unknown. So, the flower girl was not able to carry her basket because it was absolutely soaked. Also, we had the limo rented for 3 hours. It picked the guys up at 10:30am, so we should have had it till 1:30pm. We were told when we booked that they could take us for a ride after the ceremony so we could be alone for a few minutes and it would be nice to have some pictures with it. The ceremony was at 12, was over by 12:30pm and the limo was gone. We got jipped an hour and the photographer hadn't even got 1 picture of it. On the plus side, the driver of the sedan was really great! He actually helped us wrap the top layer of the cake at home and we had the car rented for 2 hours. We ended up going over about 40 minutes and he didn't charge us.

- We had a trolley to transport guests and a limo for the wedding party. Concert Limo subcontracted with Liberty Coach for the limo. I went over all the details about both with the owner of Concert Limo a few days before the wedding, but both the limo and the trolley called me with questions the morning of the wedding and needed instructions when they arrived which was a little annoying. The Limo driver had no trouble navigating, but was a bit annoying. When we were lining up at the church to go down the aisle he was trying to take charge (the church had 2 coordinators already). This was completely unnecessary. I wish I had the presence of mind to tell him to get back in the limo, as I would have liked that time with my Dad and friends. My MOH had to give the trolley driver directions to the reception site, which also annoyed her a bit. He followed the directions I provided for the guests and she still needed to tell him where to go. My mother however, thought the trolley driver was fabulous (he had a great personality) and she personally made sure he got a dinner from a guest who was a no show at the wedding.

- They were great. Our driver Dave was awesome and they were clean and on time and let us bring alcohol on board and had the red carpet and champagne for us when we were married...so classy.

- (Limo itself: B, Service: A+) Eric's gave us a deal on our 14 passenger Excursion limo when we booked at the Worcester Bridal Expo, so the price was really great. The day of, our driver was AWESOME. It was pouring rain, and he brought everyone where they needed to go under his giant umbrella, including up and down the TONS of steps outside the church! He also was an expert dress and train fluffer, and helped with opening doors and all of that at the ceremony itself. We also got champagne included in the limo that we enjoyed on the way to the reception.
The car itself was very nice, though the ceiling was VERY low, which was difficult for my dad who's 6ft4, the limo had hardwood floors that got VERY slick with high heels and tux shoes in the rain, and the sunroof leaked a tiny bit. We needed the bigger car and it was a great option, but if I had known about the weather, I have taken the sunroof and floors into consideration.

We got a towncar for my husband's grandma because she wanted to sleep at home, and Joe picked her up and drove her an hour north, he made her feel like a queen in the bargain.

My only complaint is that I found myself giving the driver directions over the phone while I was taking pictures with my parents. I really think all the vendors need to invest in a GPS system- I found it stressful to try and direct him to my fiance's house in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. But overall we were so happy with the trolley.

This big yellow school bus picked people (and coolers) up at the hotel, brought them to the reception and then picked them back up to bring them home. A+: Our limo was great also. It came on time and they were great with taking care of things while we had a hurricane. My husband forgot the programs in the trunk so the driver came right back to drop them off before coming to get the girls. Then of course I forgot all the umbrellas we had bought so thankfully he had two huge ones on hand to keep me dry. I was worrying a lot about him being on time because we had a strict schedule but everything was perfect and I never had to worry. Would have been much better if we could have had our champagne toast outside for some pics but sadly the torrential rain didn't allow for that and that wasn't the drivers fault.

- B: The limo was fine, but the driver didn't follow my directions and we ended up getting stuck in traffic and going such a roundabout way... I was late getting to the venue for pictures, therefore the guys were even later and didn't really have time to do pre-pictures. I had paid for 3 hours but think he took off after he dropped off the guys (only about 1.5 hours into the 3)...which kind of annoyed me. oh well... at least we didn't want to go anywhere.

I believe the driver thought the shuttle would be full and was waiting for guests. Apparently he also went to the wrong church but luckily a groomsmen?s girlfriend got him to the right church. He had mapquest?ed the directions to Boylston instead of West Boylston which was an honest mistake although I had also given them detailed directions on how to get to the church.

I got a great price with Local Motion and was able to change my orders after my guest count came in. It was hard to get the specific times on the reservations (I wanted the shuttle to DEPART at xyz, not be there). The day of everything went smoothly. They took different routes than I thought they would but everybody was early or on time so it didn't matter. My guests were dropped off closer to the reception that I was. My driver started to go away from the house and I told him to stop and we all got out there because I didn't want to wait for him to turn around. I wanted to get going on partying! So not a huge deal.

- B+: We had 2 buses to transport our guests. They were on time and everyone arrived at the wedding on time but at the end of the night the 2nd bus that we were on again did not follow our directions and ended up getting lost. There was a bit of a language barrier as well. But at least we made it back eventually :)

Both cars arrived early, and both drivers were very friendly and professional. They both stayed with me and attended to my train, opened the church doors for me, etc.. The only reason I'm giving them a minus is that their gratuity was included in my contract and was prepaid - but after the final drop-off, they told me they hadn't been tipped. I had no additional cash to give them, so I said I'd speak to the manager - which I did, and he assured me that the drivers are tipped.

- A+: John, our driver, was awesome!! He was on time and helpful and fun to work with. He helped with my train before I went down the aisle and carted us around Boston to several picture spots. We were very happy with them, plus they were totally reasonably priced.

We called to see if we could go by to look at it, they said yes, but when we got there the car was out being painted. We were a little aggravated that they told us it would be there and it wasn't, but then they told us they would bring the limo to us when it was ready. Sure enough, we got a call two days later and a driver showed up at our house with the limo to let us get a look at it. I was really impressed that they would do that! My sister found out we were using them and actually used them for my bachelorette party, our limo was gorgeous, spotless, brand new, impeccable, but our driver was so-so. I was a little disappointed, but on Saturday our driver was a doll. He had GPS, directions, didn't get lost once, was kind, respectful, and of course the limo was great. I was very impressed and they come highly recommend from me.

- Not on time, but EARLY! Didn't get lost, helped everyone on and off, kept the bus as cool as cool can be. Everyone was impressed with the size of the bus, and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. we had 26 people in it with no problem. It has a full size fridge, a bathroom, and tvs everywhere!
